14 x 12" / Watercolor / Kendra lost her mother recently. She posted a photo of this view of the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. She said it was one of her mother's favorite locations. Despite being strangers, I was touched by her Facebook post so I offered to paint the painting as a gift. I sent Kendra a copy of the original painting to offer my condolences. We've since become Facebook friends and follow each other's lives through our posts.
