15 x 15" / Cold Wax & Oils"Crowned" was painted with cold wax and oils on a wood panel. I started exploring cold wax this past summer and really enjoy layering color and texture. It's a change from my usual style, which is more detailed and exacting. Feels good to open up, loosen up!
