RENT the Wine Bar for Private Events

Wine Bar @ R Gallery is a perfect venue for events like birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, small intimate weddings, office parties, and more.

Rates:

Monday - Thursday
Rental Fee Wine Bar side: $1000 / (3 hour window) + $400 per hour extra 

Friday - Sunday
Rental Fee Wine Bar side: $1900 / (4 hour window) + $500 per hour extra 

Extra Rental Fee Gallery Side : + $1000

Terms and options

Rental Fee: 

• 25% down payment upon booking
• 100% refundable down payment up to 2 months prior to the event
• Full rental balance due 14 days prior to the event

Bar:

• Normal bar menu price per drink
• Open bar option 10% discount
• Customized menu available 
• Bring your own liquor add $150 / hr or $50 per bottle corkage fee
• Bar tab due end of evening
• 20% gratuity will be automatically include in the final bill

Food:

• Outside food is prohibited 
• We have a wonderful food menu for events available upon request
• Catering is permitted upon request 

• We encourage everyone to use our selections of drinks and food
