Alesia Westhead
Alesia Westhead’s Colorado Native status reaches back to 1879, and spans 7 generations. Alesia was raised in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, which has had a tremendous influence on her art. Each piece permeates the beauty and diversity of Colorado.
Her current passion is working and manipulating glass, using a torch to sculpt and glass kiln to fuse the glass. She blends the two styles into one creating a unique glass treasure. Many of Westhead’s glass pieces are lasting tributes to the Colorado Rocky Mountains for those who like to keep them close to the heart regardless of where you live.
